A 20-minute call. You'll leave with clarity either way.
Where your time goes, what it's costing you, and the one next step worth taking. No pressure, no jargon.
Pick a time on the calendar and you're booked. Prefer to start with a note? Send a message instead. Ready to go further? See the Operating Standard Assessment or the Growth Ceiling Audit.

A short form, a focused call, one next step.
A short form first
When you book, you'll answer a few quick questions: your revenue band, team size, where your leads come from and roughly how many a month, your three biggest time sinks, and what an hour of your time is worth. It takes a few minutes, and it means the call goes to your business, not to background.
Twenty focused minutes
We start with one question: a year from now, what has to have happened for you to be happy with your progress? Then we look at where the hours and the revenue are going, and what getting them back is worth.
One next step
The call ends with one next step: an Operating Standard Assessment, or the Growth Ceiling Audit for an owner who is ready. Whether you take it is your call.
What the call is, and what it isn't.
It's a plain conversation about your business, not a sales script. You'll hear what I see, what the options cost, and the one step worth taking next. If the honest answer is that you're already in good shape, you'll hear that too.
Twenty minutes is enough to find the gap worth fixing first. Working out the how, in depth and in the right order, is what the paid steps are for.
Request a time by email.
Tell me a bit about your business and a couple of times that suit you, and I'll get back to you, usually the same business day. Only your name and email are required.
